Listening to Kpop (my playlist is 95% Kpop), sometimes I'd bake (but that also depends on the weather, usually only turn on the stove when it's breezy and cold out), and I watch Korean Dramas or funny videos from variety shows~

The things that I do to cope is drawing, reading a few fantasy or horror book, listening to calm music(like lo fi, jazz, etc.), watching some 80s or 90s tv shows that dont really shove a lot of things in my face and or anime.

Listening to upbeat music it'll be annoying at first bc ur sad but it'll eventually make you feel a litte better if it's music you like.
