Empowered. It has been a long road to recovery for me and with all of your support here on the platform I have come to see this it what you have all made me. Thank you all for every effort you put forth and for all that you do. It doesn't matter if its simply getting out of bed for the day. Every small step matters and you all matter too.

hopeless

What is the point on being happy about anything, looking forward to anything, enjoying anything, when it will always be taken away or rendered impossible.

Hanging out with friends, enjoying my retro game stash with friends, visiting as many amusement parks as I can and want to in my life, my love life, the group of friends I helped form; all gone and most likely permanently either due to my mistakes or this pandemic :(

Determined. Today I am determined to make an effort to get out of this cycle of worry and anxiety. I'm scared that if I don't make a big change now, I will be stuck circling the drain forever. Life is too short. So, on to a new job search and hopefully I find love in my future.
