* what are your favorite items at home?
I have two! A nightstand and a big fluffy pillow I use when I'm on the couch!
The nightstand is a favorite because i can put in its drawers the books i am reading and all I use for it (i take notes of my reflections while reading and i underline remarkable paragraphs, so i need pens, pencils and.... glasses 👓 )

I have many favorite music! Mostly ghibli studio music and lofi piano, dark academia piano, and of course, with the combination of rain and some thunder!
And some blues and pop music are in my list too 😁🎶

The guitar I inherited from my best friend, so a lot of memories attached to it. With the violin, it holds a lot of memories from my youth in ways.

My favorite beverage for all seasons is orange juice 🍊 but I mostly drink just lots of water 😁

I mostly drink it in winter because it's when there are oranges in my country (it make it fresh).

My weighted blanket!! And weighted hoodie, weighted lap pad, weighted teddy... Hehe :3
I like deep pressure, it helps with regulating emotions for me.
In the summer my sensory (compression) sheet becomes my favourite, because it provides dpt but doesn't make me hot like a weighted blanket does in summer. It's basically this thin sheet that wraps around your bed, is kind of stretchy but tight, you go under it and its like a hug!

Deep pressure therapy is helpful for lots of people, it can help with sleep, restlessness, difficult emotions, sensory overload, stress or just for providing comfort.
I didn't get to chose a colour for my sensory sheet sadly, since there isn't too many options when also finding a size specific for your bed. But that's ok, as I can buy other colourful bedding so no one really sees the sheet anyway :)

Hello! I love this icebreaking question <3 For me I would say... I love my pillow :3 I like to call it my 'Sacred Pillow' lol I only use it for sleeping and hugging purposes <3 (yes I hug my pillow)
Oh and definitely my little journal in which I write my random ideas, little notes and reminders, and stories as well.
