@RarelyCharlie I find it offensive that 7cups can use my personal data for research but I cannot be interviewed by others with my own acord...bit insulting...

@AffyAvo yes, I am and never was stupid, yet I offer my data for research. It is the hypocrisy and the selfishness over my volunteer data that disgusts me. I know how to take care of myself and I incited the researcher to become a listener and pm me and interview me on your site you attention seekers. I understand protection and I thank you but I also cherish freedom and choice over what I own in my mind and soul.

@RarelyCharlie when I flagged free commercial posts in game room noone did anything. You are a bunch of hypocrites I say it like it is. Flagged the free commercial twice and it wasn't the only one. Really all I can do is laugh😂 luckilly i can sift for myself and still enjoy 7cups

@Heather225 I reviewed the current privacy policy. According to section 6, personal information may be shared with third-party service providers, with other users (which would include listeners), with healthcare providers and with anyone else at all if it's for legal purposes.
SSL has been obsolete since June 2015 because it's a security risk. It was replaced by TLS. 7 Cups is currently hosted by Amazon (a third-party service provider), and Amazon no longer supports the obsolete SSL. They support TLS up to version 1.2, but they don't yet support the very latest and most secure version 1.3. The version you actually end up with will be TLS 1.1 or 1.2 depending on how up to date your web browser is.

Are you referencing this post by Laura? It is fairly old but has the research page and also addresses why posts like this one are removed. Research projects must be approved and announced by an admin

@MonBon Then make it known to researchers, let them be informed of the "procedures". I agree an admin fikter on resrarch to sift out dangerous fishing but do not alienate probable honesy researchers to reach us especially if it is on your terms. Too much censorship was never a good thing, censorship reminds of oppression and dictatorial corrupt self centered practices. Make it more visible for future researchers how can they gain the right to my roght of being contacted on 7cups. I still find it deplorable that simple members cannot pm each other on this great site...
