I have no trouble falling asleep but I wake up whenever I dream, It takes me 15 to 30 minutes to get back to sleep
I am unsure if it's caused by the depression or the anti-depressants I started 3 weeks ago.

Currently, I have sleeping problems due to stress and depression. I try to fight depression and it seems like I am feeling better now. In order to feel more energetic, I exercise daily. Also, I do yoga and meditate from time to time. I keep a healthy diet and added products from Area52.com. I hope everything will be awesome soon.

@River

Depression can have contradictory effects on my sleep. Some days, the exhaustion of the sadness is weighing down on me so hard that all I want to do is sleep during the day; it is hard to get out of bed and work like I am supposed to. Other times, the pain in my heart is so excrutiatingly that I am simply frozen awake. I cannot possibly sleep when certain things are weighing heavy on my mind.

Waking at least twice per night. No matter what time I go to bed. First waking is between 1-2am, second waking between 4-5am. Sometimes I'm unable to fall back asleep after the second waking though. But over long periods of this disturbed sleep, my body gets used to it, and I don't feel tired during the day anymore, rather stay energized, as if running on adrenaline. It just makes me wonder if my sleep will ever return to normal. This sleep cycle has been going on for the past three weeks already. Have a feeling it will continue until the end of the year, sadly~
