What's something that made you feel happy this week?
i got a big bucket of popcorn, its made me happy but its also caused a lot of dramas which has also now left me depressed.
How are you doing in this moment?
I am currently awful :’) i had a breakdown last night because of all the drama my family has thrown at me and i am depressed as my house no longer feels like home
I like to listen to music, watch Netflix shows, or color.
I was happy when my aunt's dog curled up in bed next to me because he gives off so much heat and I was cold.
Currently I am awake but I know I need sleep or I will suffer in class tomorrow
I like to do crafts. For a while I found diamond painting relaxing. Now I find embroidery relaxing.
Taking a ride with my son and stopping to get a peanut butter milkshake.
I'm struggling. I called my psychiatrist and let her know. I'll be starting a new "therapy" next Monday but won't have a personal therapist yet.

What do you like to do to relax?
Take alone time, stretch, sit in the quiet without electronics or people.
What's something that made you feel happy this week?
A friend spent the night and helped me clean and arrange my room, also got internet installed!
How are you doing in this moment?
I'm... pretty good. Settling in with having internet again after a couple of weeks without it. I'm proud of myself for leaving a bad situation. I'm ashamed, guilty, and sad because of how it lead up to leaving the bad situation, how I acted, and needing to block contact with everyone involved. I feel freer, I feel more independent. This is a good change. I'm coping with grief and paranoia while reveling in pride and self-care and self-respect.
To relax, I play games on my phone! I’m happy about… well I got Covid, and it wasn’t all that bad so far, so I’m glad I can relax a little about it now. In this moment, I’m nervous, excited, worried, scared, but mostly tired. I’m also happy. Life’s complicated, ya know? 😉

How are you doing in this moment?
