As places around the world turn towards summer, how is everyone dealing with the heat?
Still waiting for the heat to come. We're getting to a better direction, but not still quite there. I'm always cold, so can't wait for the few months of warmth that we get.
What are some ways you cope/adapt to the temperature changes?
I don't really need to, not when it comes to heat. My body is just thankful when it happens. When it gets colder, all you can really do is put more clothes on.
What is something you are looking forward to this week?
Working outside for a change, for the couple days it's supposed to be sunny.

I don't deal well with the heat, we're already seeing 90+ temperatures.
I usually stay indoors during the day.
Looking forward to spending time with family.
It is not hot here! I am very upset because we move here in January and it is cold and now STILL cold. They lie to me and never tell me it doesn’t get hot here and I am very upset I hate to be cold is cold all the time I really want it to be hot and just I don’t think I am looking forward to anything I am having a very bad time lately and I am very very upset 😭😭😭

it’s actually changing to winter in my part of the world D: and I’m not dealing with it well, my asthma has spiked lollll.

oops. What in Australia is called a show (local show) is also known as a carnival 😀 anyways, I’m going to my local carnival this week 😀

It is not too hot here right now, but in summer it can be 35° or even 40°c during the day here in my area. In these circumstances i stay inside, have windows closed and air conditioning turned on. I open windows in the mornings and evenings to get fresh air. I also go to swimming pool to get some refreshment and physical activity there. I also spend some vacation time at the sea where temperatures are more bearable and sea gives us some refreshment. There are venues which are accessible and adapted to wheelchair users. I am glad that those exist.

Was happy to hit the 20s this past long weekend, it's still be fairly cool.
What are some ways you cope/adapt to the temperature changes?
So far they haven't been a problem, as it's been pretty gradual. Only had 1 mild thunderstorm so far. With more rapid swings, meds and rest plus just being aware of the potential trigger helps.
What is something you are looking forward to this week?
Getting outside a little more.

I totally forgot you were in Celsius and thought "Wow, 20 degrees is really cold" XD
I am glad things have been gradual so far. It has been tornado warnings where I am and massive storms.
i cope and adapt to the temperature changes by hiding in my room with the ac and fan on. I have fibromyalgia and the heat makes me miserable.
this week im looking forward to playing the new game Planet Zoo that my boyfriend bought me! It’s super fun

I also struggle with heat so I can understand that struggle. I have never heard of Planet Zoo. I'll have to check it out.
It’s super fun and you can manage a whole zoo all the way down to making sure your animals don’t inbreed. I just had to start all over because a bunch of my lion cubs bread together and stuff got all messed up
