How Do You Do???
What are some fun ways to answer everyday questions like “how’s it going” or “what do you do”?
"I'm upright & breathin'."
Fun? Maybe not, but it's an honest answer & one I use in real life. 😏
1. All is as the prophecy foretold.
2. Wicked sweet kickflips.
😂 Nice. I might use the first one, if you don't mind.
Lol I recommend it. It's certainly fun 😁
@jesusredeemedme2425 question "how are you feeling?? Me= I feel like a black hole, beautiful but capable of destroying the world any moment now😈😂😂😂😂
Question "what have you done this week?" Me= well susan, Monday I woke up......then it was Sunday, I don't bl@#dy now! I can't even remember what I had for breakfast!!!!! 😂😂
Question "hey! What you up too? Me= talking to you dooshbag!
@Tinywhisper11 ****. (It's from a French word, thus the spelling) If you want to get fancy, you can always call the questioner a *** canoe.
Cupsland censors that word too, eh? Okay... It is spelled "d.o.u.c.h.e.b.a.g" but without the periods. 😁
@slowdecline48 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
@jesusredeemedme2425 a co-worker used to always reply to "how's it going?" with "living the dream" and now that's my favorite way to reply.
Was it said sarcastically XD
@jesusredeemedme2425 100% sarcasm
@SkateComet93
Anytime anyone says that, I reply with "the one you can't wake up from?"
@Torean that's a good one!

1. I usually answer with "wazzup m'yan" or something that's not a real answer. Unless I have a real answer that's interesting.
2. Like if someone asks what I'm doing for a living? I say "I supervise an office department". Which is true, but the specific answer would definitely have people's eyes glaze over.
M’yan?
Now I’m curious what you specifically do lol
@jesusredeemedme2425
Lol, m'yan is a different way of saying "man"
Uh, heh, 😅 well, my department is responsible for mass product orders/shipments to stores and distributors, we create paperwork for orders since everything is delivered, and we also do all the go-between communications. But it's bigger than that for me too, because I've been there long enough that I occasionally do other things around there. It's nice being in a supervisor position for it now, because it was just me for a long time, and even when I was still learning, I was technically having to oversee the mistakes of other offices doing the same thing I'm doing on a smaller scale. Now, I can delegate and balance work between us, and there are a lot less figurative fires to put out since I have the knowledge and time to catch errors.
Lol
Zzzzzzzz… Wait what?? Lol jk
I hope they pay you enough for all that work.
Are you old enough to be a supervisor XD jk
@Torean That ain't so bad...at least you fulfill a purpose. As a supervisor you keep things running smoothly. There are too many people who have "bulls*** jobs" that don't generate any real products or services, but have convinced their company (or the society in which they live) that they're way more important than they actually are. Most DEI consultants & career activists for various causes, are all fine examples.
@slowdecline48
Definitely not complaining about my job. It's the best one that I've ever had by a long shot.
Yeah, I get what you mean. A lot of things have a real paycheck to them, but one thing I've learned is... Like, I might not think about how important my work is when things are actually getting done, but it still has a background effect to my well-being that helps. I've had jobs that didn't get a lot of concrete results in the big picture. I couldn't convince myself that my work was really worth the money I was making, and there's a very slow demoralization that comes with that. One that's really hard to describe.
I knew someone one who would ask is there anything interesting and fun going on? I never knew how to answer that one…😆
@Olive1Q82 just answer... ' well we were just racing peacocks, but you missed it"
How’s it going? Probably using some sort of engine or foot power.
What do you do? I do the Dew. 😎
What are you guys up to? Level 108.
What’s your weather like today? I feel pretty sunny, but there’s a chance I might thunderstrike somebody fronting with their hot and cold nonsense.
@jesusredeemedme2425
There is no fun way to answer these the most inane, uninteresting questions in the world.
If someone around you asks you this, the best thing to do is move past it quickly as possible and then move on with life. Without them.
Honestly who out here is still asking or answering this question with any real genuine answers and thinking it's actually a solid part of everyday life and communication.
@jesusredeemedme2425
How is it going?
answer: why? I am not leaving. I am staying here hahaha
