Celebrate Your Journey: How to Self-Nominate for Special Badges!
Some tips while you apply for these badges:
- Only apply for the badges that you think you are eligible for and meet the criteria for.
- When applying for the badge, in the description, please provide clear reasons why you think you should be awarded it.
- A proper description can be like this: I have been anxious about joining the content development academy program and I finally did it!
- Incomplete description: “I participate!”, “I deserve this”, “xjhaghdtskd,sjskakfyiadjfas”
- Please ensure to give proper reasoning, otherwise, your request for a badge will be rejected.
Let's Celebrate Together! Whenever you apply for a badge, please come back and reply to this thread to let us know. At the end of every month, we will make a special announcement post celebrating everyone who earned their new badges (this is also when all special badges will be processed).
Go check out your My Impact page, put in that self-nomination, and let us know below what you applied for so we can celebrate you!

i apply for the Secret Listener Messenger After I sent gift to two members as my way of thanking them for being willing to wait for me to get back to teenside as atl.

I cant really figure out how we can self nominate for a badge?
Hiya @cheerfulKiwi1776 did you follow the steps listed on the original/ main post of this thread?
If you follow the same on the website layout (not the app), you’d be able to find the option to apply for special badges/ self-nominate.

I press on the self nominate button but then it just shows me what badges I can nominate for and what they require. I can find nowhere to nominate for one of them though.

Theres a option to apply for a badge, or submit nomination (I can’t remember the exact wording) also when you open that tab, try clicking on those and see if you’re able to find a space to add your reason and click Submit/ apply for the badge you are eligible for.
