kinda feeling alone with all the physical health issues and doctor appointments it can be very overwhelming harder as have no one to be with me even with tests and surgeries thankful that the HUTCH lady at community mental health sets up appointments and transportation for out of town ones i use city buses in town to get to ones here just a lot going on seem offline no one willing to be there for me in this way so very hard even harder right now

thanks it odd i have more support online then offline been this way for years do have some support and help from home aid like today she did all the work at the laundry mat that a big help she helps in many ways even just to have her to talk to a big thing the small group i go to only meets in fall from September to end of November so yes there some support there too
family never supported me much sadly some members be abusive and others seem to not believe me about childhood even the few things i told some of them sadly too
