If you had to be honest in this exact moment, no mask, no filter, what word or sentence would describe how you feel?
If I had to be honest in this exact moment... I am ashamed of myself, etc.
I pray that... I am given the strength to overcome it because this learned helplessness is no joke. I hate it in me. I hate that I respond to people in my lifw that way. It makes me hate everything but that wouldnt be fair. I feel like Im a ten year old in a grown woman's body. That is not good. I dont know how to lift my face to see the world confidently at the moment.
