Calming words?
Ive noticed my tendency to get speeded up in my mind... fearing, tensing.... im feeling it a bit now due to less sleep and a little stressing circumstances ... and before it escalates.. ive started to seek help...
Can someone chip in a word or line that can help me calm and connect to peace. Usually with engagement with people I relax.
Missing you all and needing you 💛
Please share your needs too and ill respond with best calming words i can manage. If it helps.
For now --- ill just say to you and myself:
We are together in this, and not walking alone. 💛✨️

I am so proud of you for being able to recognise when things start to get tensed for you and when you need support, extra proud for reaching out too~ this is an act of courage and you are doing so much better than your mind currently allows you to feel. 💛
Something that helps me center myself at times, is to check in with myself if I currently feel “in-tune-enough” to take an “actionable step” in doing something about whatever xyz things is causing me stress~ there’s two ways about most things in our life~ things within our control (to be able to set aside time and recollect what small steps I can take towards influencing things in my favour) and things outside of our control (these are the ones that fog our brain the most I feel, making us lose sight of everything we are still doing okay at and everything that is still within our circle of influence) ~ and then it helps to remind myself that there will always be something I don’t know or can’t be certain about, but that isn’t my “area of concern”~ it’s of concern of the “any faith, higher power or unexplainable forces of the universe” that you believe in and in this moment, the best I can do is to take a deep breath, remind self that I’m ‘present’, things are okay and things have the potential to be better, all I’ve to do is carry enough strength to just breathe through *this* moment and it shall pass very soon.

Affirmations are great and can be incredibly calming during stressful times.
I hope you can repeat it to yourself-
“I am Here, I am Safe.”
“With each breath, I return to stillness, to calm, to present.”
“I release what I can no longer control.”
“The best and the most I can currently do is to simply just be, and I’m doing that, yay me.”
Huggable words 💛

Thank you for being so open it takes a quiet kind of strength to notice the overwhelm and speak it before it grows too heavy. One line I hold onto when I feel like I’m drowning inside is: “This feeling will pass, like all waves do.” Even when it doesn’t feel like it… it still does.
You're not alone in this. I'm really grateful you shared. ❤️
