I like to go outside and just feel the sun on my face, it helps reconnect me to the wonders of nature and forget the world for a moment.
My thought of the month for myself is to remember this and say it out loud:

Sorry didn't see this till now but my therapist is having me do one thing that puts me out of my comfort zone each week and I made a list of stuff I want to do but am to nervous too. I am looking into modding a handheld. I'm looking at a New 3DS or thinking I might get a Psp 3000 instead but idk. I'm thinking about learning some of my favorite songs and focusing less on song writing for awhile because I've been feeling burnt out recently. I'm working on some character designs and short stories. I'm also planning on helping my food bank at church tomorrow.

Yeah I'm not sure exactly which handheld I want but I want to be able to play old retro games on the go and at work and stuff so I'm not just scrolling on my phone for 30 minutes every day lol.
@jesusredeemedme2425 well. Not a lot in terms of valuable content, but here is a completely pointless life-update: i started to work on a blouse. I got my pattern and I cut the pieces out. Had to make drastic compromise with the sleeves as it was a genuinely just pure leftover material I got years ago. I cut the pieces yesterday and it's going suspiciously well. Too well. I'm just waiting for the moment I realise what did i screw up this time, but will keep you updated 😂
I'm also having stone knees today for some reason. Like. 5 days off work thanks to the holidays and I move like a cartoon character. Was rushing to catch the bus in the morning and thought about running a bit to catch it but I decided against it and risk taking the L as it felt like if I try to run I will just end up pancaked on the pavement lol
Also, someone is coughing in the bus and someone else smell horribly. Thoughts and prayers for me, this will be a long ride. But I'm also sitting quite comfortably and absolutely not feeling like getting off and waiting for the next bus. Cheers to lazyness I guess 😅

Yesss, it's basically when you feel like your mobility is limited, like harder time bending knees and walking. Like my legs are heavy. And today that mobility nope was in my knees mostly for absolutely no reason other than probably days of bedrot 😁
I don't have a mask, my immune system has to cope. But at least the smell is better now 😅
