People who make you feel bad are not there for you and because you give it your all that means they take more than they give!
Which means each time another thing happens it hurts more because you give your everything and they just take!
As hard as it is to discover t from them you may just try to pull back a little and observe their behavior.
See what you think, do they reach back out or just keep letting you do all the work?
I am thinking it is why you feel anxious, you know the pattern and what’s coming. It still hurts when it happens but the confusion is why would he treat you this way?
Take a step back
See if he closes the gaps
Look for the oatterns as though you are watching your own movie
We are all so good at telling the TV characters what to watch for LOL
Try watching and observing (if you can) just try baby steps and see if backing away helps you feel less anxious
You instinctively know the answers you have to just listen to yourself now

I was given the same advice a few years ago
It was hard to disconnect from it but once I did each step back helped me see the patterns
Then I could decide Do I want this for the rest of my life?
After you see the pattern you can express how it feels to him
Ask if he is willing to try, to treat you the way you deserve, to take therapy as a couple
If not you have your answers
