I’ve noticed that at one point I would ask for help.
Now, I try to manage things on my own. I don’t like it to much. I know it comes with opening up and gaining trust in people. This can be challenging.
Something good though, is learning about myself and my emotions. Trying my very best to make decisions and also mistakes. 😬

I noticed I became more confident. Last year, I’ve finally managed to outright tell a person that I don’t want to have to do anything with them anymore, I have usually been more of a people pleaser and could have never imagined to reject someone like that, so that’s a huge improvement. 🙃

Darkness (absence of light) and stillness were one,As a kid you had alot of energy and darkness was unknown.
Today you know what darkness is, you find solace bcoz you know it can't harm you now.
