Feedback is good because it shows us what’s working and what’s not, and helps us not just guess in the dark most of the time. Even small stuff matters 😸

Feedback is good, because it helps us see things from a different perspective and grow in ways we might not notice on our own. 🤍
Feedback is good because it allow us to grow from our mistakes and helps understand other points of view and change our perspectives.
Feedback is good because it allows the opportunity to grow and mature. Most feedback is something we need to work on.
@Heather225 Feedback is good when applied with kindness in mind. "I'm being honest" while saying vile things that hurt others is not considered "feedback" to me. For me, feedback has been code for hard criticism without considering the other person across from them, coupled with "I'm being honest" and then matched with "Why are you being defensive?" when they are saying horrible things, but if you give them "feedback", they get all mad at you instead. So, they're allowed "feedback", but not you lol
I have had too much "feedback" disguised as uncalled for criticism when it could be tied to preferences when someone wanted control where boundaries were not considered.

Feedback is the best thing sometimes to help not only understand from an outside perspective rather then what is comfortable for you. But also allows us to be more open with changes/improving ourselves for the better. Having that other voice, or text from someone else is important to be more realistic, and grounded about our choices, and decisions we make before doing them.

Feedback is good because I can see things that I can't always see on my own thanks to it. It helps me identify my areas of improvement and growth. It holds me responsible for achieving my reform objectives. It serves as a reminder that even minor changes can bring about change. It shows that someone is interested in seeing me through to recovery.
