Hot and Tired, lack of sleep and to top it off I think I'm coming down with a head cold. That's all I need now.
@braindamag3
Ugh, that sounds rough. Being hot, exhausted, and possibly getting sick on top of it — no wonder you're feeling drained. Your body’s clearly asking for a break. Try to rest if you can, even just a little, and don’t be too hard on yourself right now. Hoping it passes quickly and that you feel a bit better soon. I’m here if you need anything.
Hopeful
@azureAcres1605
It’s wonderful to hear that you're feeling hopeful. That kind of mindset can be incredibly powerful — it means you're open to possibilities and growth. Whatever lies ahead, holding on to that hope can light the way. Keep moving forward; good things often start with a spark of belief.
Thank you 😊
@Eman144 starting out a lot of things, I'm feeling ambitious and a bit overwhelmed, but we can get through it regardless!

Welcome to seven cups 🥰💜 It can be hard at first to navigate but it gets easier, you can chat here like this as you are or send a private message to a listener and they'll get back to you 💜
I'm feeling good but, a little overwhelmed. I have a lot of things I need to get done by the end of summer and I don't know how I will do it all. I've been making a schedule with everything that I need but, I'm really slow at everything that I need to do. Everyday just feels like a struggle. However, I know that things will get better from what I'm experiencing right now.
@Paliloveyourself
It's hard when we have lots to do, it can be overwhelming, what works for me, is breaking it into small and manageable chunks and taking it one thing at a time, best of luck with it all and Welcome to seven cups 💜🥰
Thanks for the advice!
@Paliloveyourself
Thanks for sharing how you're feeling — it sounds like you're carrying a lot right now, and it's completely valid to feel overwhelmed in the face of so many responsibilities. The fact that you're making a schedule and actively trying to stay organized shows strength and self-awareness, even if things feel slow or difficult right now.
Progress, even if it’s slow, is still progress. Some seasons in life are just harder — more demanding mentally, emotionally, and physically — but they don’t last forever. It’s good that you believe things will get better, because that belief can carry you through the rough patches. You don’t have to be perfect or fast; just consistent enough.
If it helps, we can go through your schedule together and see if there’s anything you can delegate, simplify, or shift around to make things feel a bit more manageable. You're not alone in this — you’re doing your best, and that really does matter.
Hopeless and weak

Welcome to seven cups 💜🥰 Sorry that you are feeling this way, sending you best wishes 💜
@gentleTortoise1333
I’m really sorry you’re feeling this way. That sounds incredibly hard, and I want you to know that you don’t have to go through it alone. Feeling hopeless and weak doesn’t mean you are either of those things — it just means you’re dealing with more than anyone should have to by themselves. You’ve made it this far, even through days like this, and that takes strength, even if it doesn’t feel like it. I’m here for you, and I care about what you’re going through. If there’s anything I can do, even just listening, I’m here.
Awful

Welcome to seven cups 💜🥰 Sorry to hear that you are not feeling good, sending you best wishes 🥰
@Eman144
we feel somewhat concerned and spacey today. due to trip by ambulance in ER Sunday and all that was going on. we do not like that we disabled and lack people offline to like be there when we need someone for medical reasons. so that why concerned. but also angry due to some of the health issues due to all the abuse we had. so if not abused we not have some of the issues we have
so feeling are strong and well we was emotionally numb so long that we feel emotions are scary
@stormieandpaws
It makes total sense that you're feeling concerned and angry after everything you've been through — especially dealing with the ER, feeling alone when you needed help, and facing the long-term effects of abuse. That’s so much for one person to hold. You absolutely deserve support, and I’m really sorry you haven’t had people around you in those critical moments. Feeling emotions again after being numb for so long can be really overwhelming, even scary — but it also means you’re reconnecting with yourself. That’s brave. You’re not alone here, and I hear you.
Replying again to update on how I'm feeling..
I'm feeling slightly better today than i was when I last made a reply, so *** it's a step forward, currently I feel mentally exhausted, it almost feels like i have ran a marathon for about a decade
I am looking after myself tho, just very exhausted..
@Nowa22 it's good to hear that you are taking time for yourself, that's important 🥰💜
@Nowa22
Thank you for the update — I’m really glad to hear you’re feeling even a little bit better today. That’s a big deal, especially with how much you’ve been carrying. Mental exhaustion like that makes total sense, especially after everything you’ve been through — a decade-long marathon is a powerful way to describe it. I’m really proud of you for still taking care of yourself even while feeling so drained. Be gentle with yourself, okay? You don’t have to do it all at once. You’re not alone in this.
