@Betweenstarsandscars

It sounds like you’re feeling torn between two extremes—caught between something beautiful, like stars, and something painful, like scars. It’s like being in that space where you know there's potential for something brighter, but you’re still carrying the weight of what’s hurt you.

It’s okay to feel like you're in that in-between, though. Sometimes, we need that time to reflect and heal, even if it feels like you’re caught in limbo. But the stars are still there, even if they’re hard to see right now, and the scars, while painful, can be a part of your story without defining the whole of it.

Belittled

@Anxietyforeverything369

Feeling belittled is rough. It’s like someone’s taken away your sense of value, leaving you feeling small and unseen. It’s not just about the words or actions that made you feel that way, but how they can chip away at your confidence and self-worth over time.

It’s important to remember that those moments don’t define who you are. You deserve to feel respected and heard, no matter what others may say or do. No one has the right to make you feel lesser. Have you been feeling belittled by someone in particular, or is it more of a general feeling you’ve been dealing with?

@BlueCheese423

Hey there, first of all, welcome. It’s totally okay to feel like your mind is blank and like you're trying but not feeling much. Sometimes, when things are hard, it’s not about having all the answers or emotions right away—it’s just about getting through the moment. You’re doing the right thing by reaching out and taking those small steps. Saying "I will be ok" is a powerful thing to hold onto. You will be okay, even if it doesn’t feel that way right now.

If it helps, I’m here to talk whenever you need.

@Eman144 I am feeling exhausted and like nobody understands me and like I’m being dismissed because of my whole anxiety, which feels very isolating because what if they’re actually is something wrong and everybody’s just looking at me like a crazy person

@moraavarnes

I’m really sorry you’re feeling this way—it sounds incredibly tough. Feeling exhausted and dismissed, especially when you’re dealing with anxiety, can make everything feel even more isolating. It’s hard when you’re worried that people might not understand, or worse, might think you’re overreacting or “crazy.” But your feelings are valid, no matter what others might think or say.

Anxiety is real, and it doesn’t make you any less of a person or any less deserving of support. Sometimes, the hardest part is finding people who do get it, or at least who are willing to listen without judgment.

I know it’s easy to start questioning yourself when you feel that way, but trust that your feelings are not something to just brush off. You don’t have to face this alone. Do you have anyone you can talk to about what you’re going through, or would it help to have a space to just vent for a bit?

@Eman144 This is the first in a while that I have ever felt so low and depressed. After venting to my friends about my abusive, cheating father and toxic household, my friends said it right at my face, my own best friends that lives I put before mine, said I shouldn't be blaming my parents for why It's difficult for me to change. Ever since then I don't know if we are close friends anymore. I don't know if they are people I can vent to anymore without feeling paranoid, the same feeling I get every time I talk to my parents. These days they have been ignoring me and leaving me out like crazy, but when I told them about how I was feeling, they left my messages on seen and often switch to topics relating to something else. I cannot catch a break ffs, I'm losing my mind. It's so hard to just explain everything with words, people would have to live my life so far to know how my life has been, and all I've ever wanted was someone to care for me, check up on me, hear me, listen to me without judging what I have gone through.  I am paranoid, I am lonely, I am scared, my mind is bottled up with suicidal thoughts and in 2 weeks my final exams for 9th grade are coming. I really need help but I don't know how ti physically ask for help. I can't say much because it is too graphical for this website.

@mnjkopik

I'm really sorry you're feeling this way. You’ve been through so much, and it makes complete sense that you're feeling overwhelmed, especially with everything happening at home and with your friends. Feeling unsupported by the people you trusted most is incredibly painful. It’s not your fault that you're struggling—trauma doesn’t just disappear, and healing isn’t something you have to do alone.

You deserve to be heard, and you deserve support that is kind, patient, and without judgment. I'm here to listen, and I believe you. You don't have to carry all of this by yourself. If you're having thoughts of hurting yourself, please know that reaching out to a mental health professional or a crisis line can really help. You don’t have to go through this alone—there are people who want to help you through this safely.

Even though words can feel limited, you've done something really brave by sharing what you're feeling. That matters. You matter. And you're not alone, even if it feels that way right now.

That sounds really tough. I’m sorry you're feeling this way right now. It’s completely okay to feel overwhelmed and confused—especially when life feels like too much all at once. You don’t have to figure everything out right now. I’m here for you, and you’re not alone in this. If you’d like to talk more about what’s on your mind, I’m here to listen.

I hear you... That sounds really hard. Feeling confused, weak, anxious, and tired all the time can be incredibly draining. It makes sense that you wouldn’t feel like doing anything when your mind and body are carrying so much. You’re not alone in this, and it’s okay to feel how you’re feeling right now. I’m here for you, and if you want to talk more about it, I’m here to listen without judgment.

That swing between feeling really low and then confident can be so confusing and exhausting. It sounds like you're going through a lot emotionally, and that shift can feel really destabilizing. Both of those feelings are valid, and it’s okay to have ups and downs—you’re doing your best to cope, and I’m here to support you through it. You don’t have to go through it alone.

Anxious due a conflict with wife. Few overthinking thoughts and a mild frustration to break free from the relationship.

That sounds like a really heavy emotional space to be in. Conflict with someone so close can stir up a lot—especially when overthinking and frustration start piling on. Wanting to break free can feel confusing, especially when emotions are so intense. I’m here for you if you want to talk more about what’s been going on or just need a space to let it out. No judgment.

@RaspberryRaptor

Sorry to hear you've been feeling anxious, and it can be frustrating when we cant find the source to our anxiety. It helps to talk to someone about it and acknowledge that what you're feeling is completely normal and valid. Baby steps and taking it one day at a time is a great start. Do you know how long has it been going on for though?

That’s okay. Sometimes anxiety shows up without a clear reason, and that can be really unsettling. You don’t need to have all the answers right now—what you’re feeling is still valid. I’m here for you, and you’re not alone in this.
