How much grief and memories I will keep holding.
There should be delete button. I wish I could delete it.
Painful memories and experience don't help.
But I am so habitual to it. Knowing also I can't let it go
It like self damage.
No idea how it easy for other to.. let go.. innsec

Letting go is something a person needs to work on... some find it easier because if in the past and no way to change anything it is robbing our present. painful memories have already taken enough from us do not give them your time holding on to them.
@toughTiger6481
I feel I had overcome it. But no idea something trigger i realise oh I have whole bag of it inside me. It shatter me. I don't feel to fight more I am tired.
@wittyMap7054 You said it yourself, it's like self damage. You clearly see what's happening, and honestly that makes it harder, not easier. Knowing something hurts you and still not being able to stop it is so frustrating. And honestly, I think most people struggle with letting go more than they show. The fact that you're here putting this into words means you're not just sitting with it in silence, even if it doesn't feel like much right now.
Please make a space for yourself
Every thing will be fine hopefully we are here for you anytime you need us just say something 🤍💚
@wittyMap7054 I hear you. That wish for a delete button. So many of us have felt that.
Painful memories can feel like heavy stones we carry, and letting go seems impossible when they've become so familiar. But please know this: being habitual to pain doesn't mean you deserve it. It just means you've survived it for a long time.
You're not broken for struggling to let go. Some things take time, and that's okay.
Be gentle with yourself. 🫂💛
