I'm in pain🙁🙁
Hey everyone, I haven't been around much this week, I get injections in my spine every few months to help with pain and everything. But my appointment keeps getting pushed back🙁 and I'm in sooooo much pain, I can't do anything including being here😥 hoping I get them soon, then I'll be back to normal🙂 well not normal ... But tiny version of normal😁 wish me good luck 💗💗 I love you all 💖
I have to do injections as well every few weeks like 8 weeks. I get mine in my neck and shoulder. I feel for you it's not easy.

… I’ve been reading up on Spiritual guidance by Sonia Choquette - a world renowned spiritual teacher and she says we all have our guardian angel and spiritual guides and she teaches us how to communicate with them through a book called Ask Your Guides and many you tube videos. I think it’s really helping me through difficult times. Maybe you could check out her you tube videos?
