I really feel the need for someone to talk to and feel understood and cared for.

Yes. Maybe people around me too feel this way too and I just cant read their hearts rightly and have been seeing it all wrong. Who knows.

But I'm feeling the opposite. When the good moments come, Im wondering/ fearing when this will go away because its not possible to stay.... dark is the reality and light is an illusion?
