Intense, heartbreaking rage episode
TW
I felt like I was going to d. I felt the energy wanting to burst out of me and I felt like. All because of the emotions bottled up in 10 disastrous, imtensely painful, physically and mentally distressing days at home and outside. I kept screaming and the soul crushing thing is, that I have nobody to call. Not one single person. I felt cursed. And I know people are just gonna upvote this and leave me to rot. No one cares.
@querencia798 I'm really sorry you're feeling this way. you're not alone, and you truly matter 🤍
I hope you find the support you deserve 🍀 and things start to feel a little lighter soon 🤍 Sending lots of love your way ❤️❤️
I care. <3
I also bottle everything up. No one listens without judging so i keep it inside. It's bad cause when we explode it harms us this way. I wish i knew how to help you, but i'm not a professional trained for it. I don't want to make things worse by being inconsistent with you. But know that you're not alone. 🫂
Hi, I know you posted this a few days ago but I wanted to check on you. I’m so sorry to hear that you went through all that—it sounds terrible. I’m letting that I love you and care about you so much. Please never forget it! You’re so incredibly valuable and you’re NEVER alone, no matter how much you feel like it. I’m hoping and praying for you ❤️ please reach out if you ever wanna talk 🫶
letting you know* sorry!
Yes. Yes. I'd love to talk. I know I don't even know who you are behind the screen but my situation, trauma and loneliness are making me desparate to have someone who I can easily reach out to and who also regularly replies. I an very lucky to have 2 friends on 7 cups but one is probably a little busy and another has had a surgery so they need time to heal and it's completely fine because they have always been responsive but I need some other support too. I dunno if it's only my problem that I keep needing support and fail to find empowerment from within or is my support system really very small.
@querencia798 hey. Ive felt like that too. I have noone to call when i do, either. Noone to notice, to ask if Im okay, to offer comfort. People on cups are very very kind, but they cant be there when we need it most, either
Even so, theres more to you than anger and...rot. and you deserve better- real comfort. But until you get that...we'll try, for you.
We have noone to call. But post here, scream here, cry here. We'll respond. I swear.

@querencia798 its not your fault. If you want, we can make a penpals forum? It would be nice to get to know more about you, and while im not fast-response, I will respond, as soon as i can. Also im on cups alot so i wldnt keep you waiting xD
That sounds like a great idea!! Would you be able to add me/tag me in it by any chance? I’d love ti show my support 🫶
@xsoupyplants12 if @querencia798 is willing to do so, then definitely :)
Yes, I am willing to do it. What's the process of penpal forum?
I’m really sorry you’re feeling this way. It sounds like you’ve been holding in so much, and I want you to know your pain is valid. You’re not alone right now—I’m here to listen. You’ve shown so much strength by reaching out.
If it ever feels too overwhelming, please don’t hesitate to reach out to a mental health professional or crisis support. You do matter, and help is out there.

I feel this. I've been struggling with bottled up emotions that just boil into full blown freakouts/breakdowns. I can't say I have any answers or solutions to share, I just understand how stifling and depressing it can be to not be able to process your emotions and then those emotions become a toxic break down and then those emotions still don't get properly addressed even with a break down. I also completely understand not having anybody to genuinely talk to about it. Sometimes its because of the people around us and someitmes its just because we genuinelly can'tarticulate our pain so we keep it locked in. What I can say from my own experience is to not feel ashamed about breaking down. I don't know if you've ever felt that way but sometimes I do and I just want to let you know that it is okay to lose your sh*t. If you think about it we're really just like 3 pounds of brain matter locked in a flesh prison and those 3 pounds of brain matter can only process a certain amount of information at a time. Life has gone too far above and beyond what are little 3 pound processing powers can do. We're like calculators expected to handle the processing and coding necessary to manage nukes. It's okay to literally explode from the shear pressure of it all. Even if this app isn't a full time person that can be there for you when you need it, I think you should continue to voice your pain. Let others see and hear it even if its not getting addressed the way you'd like it to. You talking about it here is still in some small way allowing you to address your emotions and struggles. It gives you an outlet and even a temporary destressor can be good for your overall mental health. Don't silence your pain because you think nobody listens, express it always even if nobody is listening because ultimately you are and YOU do care about your pain. Eventually somebody is gonna come into your life and care about your pain too. It's important that you have both of those things. Just don't stop caring about yourself. Allow yourself to cry and scream. Keep telling strangers online how you feel. Keep struggling through it.
Keep. going.
