There's a place exactly 4 miles outside of existence where an event called Bananarama is held weekly, and when it is, you smell bananas super strong at that distance. Knowing about the bananas lets you be transported there, and you can place bets on which bananas will outdo the others. If you lose the bet, you only have to eat a banana, but if you win, you'll win bananas made of pure diamond. In addition, if you happen to bet on the lead banana, AND it achieves the rank of "Banananananana" (the rules are complicated for that, but the odds are roughly 1/50), you get to have another superpower of your choice. With those odds, you will be likely to win once per year of trying.
