Proud of myself today....
I did something new today, I dyed my hair blue. I had to go out in public to get the dye and then after I got it I felt co fident enough to go get a guitar tuner since I've decided to learn a guitar.....I've given up going outside or going in public, bit today I did it....and I'm making a very visible change to my appearance. For someone who has anxiety these are major victories. I'd what others might say, I did a good job today. It wasn't easy and I didn't want to do it, but I did anyways. Im proud of me. Been a while since I felt this way.

That is absolutely fantastic! Seriously, dyeing your hair blue and going out in public, not once but twice, and then deciding to learn guitar – these are not just "good jobs," they are HUGE, courageous victories, especially for someone battling anxiety.
You've taken significant, visible steps that directly confront what anxiety tells you to avoid. Deciding to learn an instrument is another brilliant move, giving you a positive, engaging focus.
You should be incredibly proud of yourself. It takes immense strength to push past discomfort and fear, and the fact that you did it anyway, even when you didn't want to, speaks volumes about your resilience. Hold onto this feeling of pride; you truly earned it today. This is a powerful step forward.
