@AiluraTheCat The constant over-analyzing of "simple" things.

Don't complicate the uncomplicated. ❤️

Doom scrolling 😔
@trueconfidant123
Stop!
💙
@trueconfidant123
hmmmm try to limit it, i beleive it is fine to doomscroll for 20 mins after a long day of work, but if you noticed it is taking way too long you should consider doing something else, timing it might be a good way like limiting it to 30 mins or 1 hour. and get something ready at hand to do that you want to do instead.
@CookiesliyrAlMansey
I've been told that a lot of times. App timers do help to some extent unless I decide to spiral all over again. Thank you for the valuable tip.

I am questioning myself right now as I scroll through the comments wondering
‘Am I doom scrolling?’
Laughing because I am doing it now lol
@purpleField1512
Lol, we shouldn't be laughing at our misery together.
@AiluraTheCat
Doubting myself!
@Amanda84 To question the awesomeness of your beautiful being ;-;

Crystal clear things doesn't require to be doubted
@Amanda84
There are many reasons why someone would doubt themselves, which can be natural to some normal people, some people would never doubt themselves ever, so if you do that might be a good bonus.
The problem occurs when this doubt keeps you on the fence and prevents you from moving forward, here, Depending on the reason for having doubt, you could make up some ahead of time strategies to handle such issues. One thing to keep in mind is Life is not a straight forward path, nothing can be 100% correct, and sometimes you do nothing wrong and still lose, but that shouldn’t stop us from moving forward.
@CookiesliyrAlMansey
I appreciate you taking the time to answer, nice to meet you 💙🤗
Overthinkingggggg
@jesusredeemedme2425 Question the overthinking, keep questioning till it has nothing solid to back it up +_+

@curiousbookishness
I'm not religious, so... this doesn't affect me that much...
Hehe then how about this😏
Lying is unethical and a debt to honesty which must be paid👻
Surely you belive in morality🤗
@curiousbookishness
Yep, I do. This one works on me.
I refuse to learn anything new that involves trial and error because i hate failing so much
@SaviSSS
You’d rather be comfortably useless than temporarily embarrassed?
This quote has absolutely no correlation within itself, you could try your best at everything you do and still be useless.
@SaviSSS
hmmmmm useless to whom? fear of failing after failing too much is understandble, but sometimes we need to question the concept itself, what is failing? who are we failing? is it better to fight for what we believe is right and do our best or should we worry about it?
of course, that's much easier said than done, believe me i know the feeling, but understanding that behavior is a problem can be the first step of facing it.
Thanks for explanation🤗
why are we exactly useless in the first place? why is that behavior a problem? the only reason just being comfortably "useless" is a problem is because we live in a society that begs productivity for everyone, if you're not productive, you're "useless", a scum, a waste of air, it's a social cue and a way of encouraging you to destroy yourself to keep learning and doing stuff that everyone else could do it for you. I'd rather not play by those rules because i know how destructive can be for the individual in a society that doesn't consider it.
Thanks for the reminder.you are right and sorry cuz I totaly got astray with that one.I think I had read about it somewhere.It mentioned that how capitalist countries works.Especially in US,it is romanticized to be a workholic ,husk of a person you once where.
Thanks again🤗
Yup I hear you 🤗 It is useless when its not seen and apretiated for what it is🤔
