The end of the program: Expressing Healthy Anger!

Hi everyone,

I wanted to take a moment to say a massive, heartfelt thank you to every single person who showed up, read the articles, and shared their hearts in the comments this week.

When I first thought about launching this program on Expressing Healthy Anger, I knew how incredibly intimidating it can be to talk about an emotion that so many of us were taught to fear or hide. It takes an immense amount of courage to look inside your own anger, uncover the vulnerabilities underneath it, and learn to speak your boundaries clearly.

Watching you all practice your "I-statements," identify your physical triggers, and reframe anger as a protector has been absolutely beautiful. You are proving to yourselves every day that your voice and your boundaries matter.

Even if you just quietly read along without commenting, I am so incredibly proud of you for being here and investing in your own emotional freedom.

As we wrap up this week, I would love to hear from you. This program belongs to all of us, and your feedback is what keeps it alive. Please take a moment to drop a comment below and share your thoughts!

Thank you again for your trust, your vulnerability, and your amazing presence this week. ✨️🩵

❓ Let's Reflect & Look Ahead!

Please reply in the comments with your thoughts on these three questions:

• How did you feel during this program? Did you notice a shift in how you view your own anger over the last 7 days?

• What was the most helpful day or tool for you? (Was it the Anger Iceberg, the 20-Minute Tactical Timeout, or rewriting your script into I-Statements?)

Can't wait to read your responses. See you in the comments! 👇✨

And a little note:

I want to make something like a plan that I will post about what other things I will launch so I would appreciate it if you guys waited a little while✨️🩵

Plus, I will make a post with all the days summarized together as I did with my last program. Till my next post take care

It was such a pleasure to learn about anger and how to handle it. I've noticed shift in my views towards anger and I'm very eager to apply what I've learned in this program.

Thankyou so much for investing your time and efforts in program and helping us to navigate anger in a healthy way I truly appreciate it ❤️!!

● yes I did now I see my anger as my protector after this I feel my anger is a voice who wants to be heard acknowledge and respected and if it didn't receive this it turns into aggressiveness. I learned this through your program and I'm happy to gain this new perspective.

●The most helpful tool was I-statements as it actually helped to find a solution without a fight rest of the techniques were also good but this one was very helpful.

I liked it, this was fun and useful. I think all 3 of those are equally useful, depending on the situation. I think I can indeed get my anger under a bit better control by keeping them in mind.

This program has been really helpful for me, and I do think I have felt a bit of a shift in how I view anger.

I think the most helpful day was learning how to label the emotion that's underneath the anger itself.

i running a little late on answering and reading due to again took weekend off from being online this has somewhat became a habit  of mine within my self care i found by taking time off from being online it help me to think through the week before reflected  on things and to just be

How did you feel during this program? Did you notice a shift in how you view your own anger over the last 7 days?

at first i thought i was not really feeling many emotions at all but as we looked into own anger i found i was really feeling anger and other emotions but had  fear of showing them but they was coming out in unhealthy ways but within this program i shifting from not allowing self to express  anger to allowing self to talk about anger and work on how to let it out in healthy none harmful ways to others and self

• What was the most helpful day or tool for you? (Was it the Anger Iceberg, the 20-Minute Tactical Timeout, or rewriting your script into I-Statements?)

not sure what was most helpful to tell truth as far as day or tool for me it was more just having a place to explore  and talk about anger it opened my eyes to fact i was feeling also that i could use words to express my feeling of anger even to explore the emotions under the anger

want to say thank you for all the work you up into this program  as it really did help :)

Yay! Another great program accomplished. Thanks for all your help! I'm proud of you, really.

The most helpful part for me was learning to label the emotion under the visible anger. That made me realise that I could not be angry for no reason, even though sometimes it feels that way.

Every emotion matters! 💖
