Where Should I Go?
I want to drive places with my recently-obtained license, but I’m at a loss on where to go. I mean like destinations, not like road trips. I’ve done joyriding (driving wherever just exploring with no destination in mind), and gone to an arcade, library, and the grocery store. But I don’t know where else to go. Preferably something fun, or somewhere I can do my art, or something to explore. Any ideas??? <3

I draw :) I primarily work in fine-tipped colored pens, and watercolor pens. It’s very portable and non-messy :)
Google free things to do in and around your neighborhood. You'd be surprised at what little gems you find
Every time I do that, it does a few things: Comes up with parks (been there done that lol), comes up with REALLY boring library events, come up with events that are not free, or comes up with things wayyyy out of my area. Lol

Put gas in the tank and then flip a coin. Heads go North, tails go South. You'll know when you get there. My friend and I used to do this on our motorcycles. There was no telling where we would end up and every trip was different. Enjoy the drive.

@jesusredeemedme2425 you really did make me chuckle when you said joyriding 🤣 Congrats firstly on getting the licence. Is there somewhere that's not far as you are only getting used to driving that might serve as a special memory or scenic landscape that you could draw or paint? Whatever you decide on, safe driving 🥰

While at the library, find a book with places of interest for your area
Science museum- you can tinker with stuff

Maybe an aquarium or zoo near you? Or ask an animal shelter if you can socialize with their dogs and kitties?
Also look at Google maps to see what things are around you. There can be lots of cool places to go nearby that you'd never expect! I found out there was a fish Hatchery that gives all ages tours for free if you ask them, by looking at Google maps, and it's within walking distance!
