I'm sorry you feel this way.

I understand completely how you feel.

You can give so much of yourself , and it's not seen or valued, and when you need support or kindness, silence reigns.

We are all only human and trying our best, and sometimes that's not respected or appreciated or reciprocated.

I appreciate all the effort you make and your presence here is beautiful, you can't be all things to all people.

Everyone here knows, I care full time for my parents, I sometimes could have multiple hospital appointments a week, I often get no sleep, I advocate also for my nephew, this includes bringing him to play and set therapy. Sometimes I don't get a minute in the day to even stop and consider what I need or want. But I do it because I love them and they are my life. So sometimes when I log on to cups, I try to give people as much love and as much support as I can and I can't do or give anymore than that and I'm at peace with that, you should be too 🩵🤗

Awe man so true I wish everyone remembered all the good things I did but yea all that’s focused on is the days I’m off and don’t do as good it’s frustrating cause you feels like you gatta strive for perfection, but just hopeful someone will look at us all for more than our mistakes 🙏😁

Mistakes stand out, draw attention. Our brains are naturally wired to notice what’s wrong faster than what’s going right (it’s called negativity bias).

Effort, on the other hand, is often gradual, behind-the-scenes, and not always visible.

Appreciate yourself for the efforts. 🌻

Unfortunately, it's been my experience that the people that judge us the harshest are the ones that need the fixing the most. Like the "christian" that goes to church weekly, but treats others poorly. We should treat others with the dignity and respect we need. If they choose not to it's ok to distance ourselves from them. Make more room for someone else that will.

My heart goes out to you... I know how it hurts 🫂 you certainly have loads of qualities, keep reminding yourself of them.

I hear you dear! My aunt would do this, and it drove me nuts!! Everyone makes mistakes, but she made me feel like that was all I ever did - I knew she was writing but there was no convincing her otherwise.

While writing this, I remembered a song I heard on *** once. It might help to sing it 🤷

The swears in the sting have been changed to protect the innocent, but you can sing it however you're like (I use the swears 😈🦹)
