Welcome to 7 cups. What do you enjoy doing outside of work if working? For me it is many things. Birdwatching, volunteering at my local library, reading, some crafts, playing word games on ***, playing game boards with friends.
@creativePenguin5558 I love playing games, taking care of my cat, eating, drawing. There are so many things that I love, yet my mind always found a way to think badly of myself
Completely understandable! I too can get stuck in ruminating. I have to fond activities that require my full focus to shift from ruminating to what I am doing
Sudoku and crossword puzzles are helpful for me when stuck in a thought pattern.

i agree with you i became a listener but really not active i seem to be under my members user name like you i like posting a lot at times as when posting can think through it more thank you for posting what you have here make me feel less alone in things
