oh sweet soul, that sounds so overwhelming 🥺💛 it sounds like everything around you is just too loud right now — both outside and inside your mind. when the world feels like that, it makes total sense that your chest feels tight and it’s hard to breathe. you’re not weak for feeling this way — your body is just reacting to all that chaos and noise. 🌧️
if you can, maybe take a small step away from the noise — even just a few deep breaths somewhere a little quieter, or putting on some calming music if that helps drown things out. you deserve a moment of stillness, even if it’s small. 🌿
you don’t have to hold it all in — it’s okay if you need to cry or just breathe through it. you’re not alone in this, okay? we’re here with you, one slow breath at a time 🤍

I so feel you! Your words say it all. Im totally with you: everything really needs to slow down. We need the space to breathe. All of us.
can you imagine being next to an ocean. Can you feel the calm of the splashing tide, maybe a light breeze around you? Does it feel serene?
Or go on the top of a snowy mountain, clad yourself in winter attire and relish a piece of chocolate. Savor its taste. This is all you need in the moment. Peace joy pleasure gratitude have all enveloped you. You are safe.
And if you need to fill your cup a bit more, lets take a stroll in the park. And see all the colorful flowers smiling at us. Life is beautiful. All is okay. We are safe.

@Optimisticempath Hey you ❤️ Let's take a few deep breaths together. Do you have some headphones or earbuds you can use? I've found that it can help to listen to music when people are talking loud or yelling. Is it possible to go for a walk somewhere? Sometimes moving around helps when anxiety is really bad. Is there a library you could go to? They're nice and quiet usually and have wifi. You could tuck yourself into a corner somewhere and watch some cute or funny videos. Sending you lots of love OptiBear ❤️❤️
@mytwistedsoul Soulfriend is it bad I don’t remember making this post or writing it here…. does that happen? like is it normal….?😭 … forgetting stuff like this… trying to recall the dates and yeah very overstimulating situations but idk when did I come here … sorry for not replying sooner 🥺
huggging you vv tightlyyy💕💕💕💕
@Optimisticempath (hugs OptiBear tight) ❤️ Nothing to be sorry for OptiBear ❤️ It can be a problem to not remember things if it happens a lot but it's not necessarily bad. When we're upset or overwhelmed our brain's ability to concentrate and form memories can be affected. It can also happen if we're depressed or anxious. Sometimes dissociation can happen. It's the brain's way of protecting us. Has it happened to you before? It's ok if you don't remember if it has ❤️
@mytwistedsoul mhmm it has 😔 then there are times when it comes back… when me remembers little more about stuff and then it also becomes more difficult because idk how to deal with that … or cope with the new stuff and memories that I don’t know what to do about now 🥺
theres panickyy experiences when this happens… i just shut down or hide in whatever corners i find or the bathroom … i turn the shower on so there’s water sound and feel on me… this happened yesterday and i was locked in for more than an hour :/ but idk how else to deal or what to do… these are also not stuff that i think I should be doing but just whatever my brain remembers to do instincively then… I think the last word is utterly misspelt … sorry idk 😭
im just typing… if I read stuff here again I might not send it … but I just feel I needed this to be out and I’m sorry but when I see your safe presence me feel vv safe and it brings some sense of comfy and no scary as before … thanks for being my friend and for being here soullll me loves you so much and here for u too 🥺🥺 💕💕 hugging you and no leave 🫂🫂
@Optimisticempath (hugs OptiBear super tight❤️) Do you know what might be triggering those panicky times? It's ok if you don't, figuring out triggers can be complicated or it could be a bunch of things all at once.
