Hello everyone! It's me, Luminity ✨
Today I'm here to talk about the "s-word", which is strictly prohibited on 7 cups premises. I'm gonna misspell it, I'm talking about sueside.
I'm not here to help you decide if it's right or wrong, neither am I here to say I can support you in crisis. This platform is not equipped to deal with crises and we should respect that guideline.
However, I do want to better help those of us in crisis within guidelines. I'm making this post for all of us to share sueside hotlines from our countries, making a diverse list which users in crisis can easily access. The crisis referral page is there, yes, but it has limited resources and not for every country, and the faster people in crisis can get to help, the better.
Also, I've noticed a lack of text hotlines. Many people, including me, prefer to talk over text rather than call. Therefore, I would like to encourage you all to look for text based hotlines in your country.

1056 – National Youth & Child Crisis Line (To Hamogelo tou Paidiou)
-Calls: Dial 1056 (Free 24/7 helpline for children, teenagers, and young adults facing mental health crises or suicidal ideation).
-Live Online Chat: Download the CHATTING 1056 app or chat via hamogelo.gr.
112 – Emergency Services
-Calls/SMS: Dial or text 112 (Immediate response if you or someone else is in imminent danger of suicide or needs urgent emergency medical/psychiatric intervention).
(Note: Greece does not currently have a dedicated nationwide 24/7 standard SMS text code for suicide prevention, but online chat is available via 1056 for youth, and emergency text dispatch is available via 112).
