@yourbuddy30

The same for me! It feels so rewarding when getting on the mountain and then just enjoying the view and being in the present moment admiring the beauty around.

I prefer oceans. Water brings tranquility.

Thanks for thread

- ocean

I love sitting at the beach on the sand and looking out into the open ocean

Nothing more centering or soothing

If I go deeper....mountains are inspiring. Got to keep on climbing no matter how tough

I prefer oceans because I like watching the waves and just sitting near the shore.

I enjoy the mountains - I live so close to them and I go trail hiking often when the weather is ideal. There's something about walking around in nature, amongst the trees and greenery, that makes me happy and resets my mind.

@Hope

Oceans, the ambience they make is so calming and soothing and comforting, it makes for a beautiful sight to look out into the distance and just take it all in.

@Hope

Oceans...partially because I get elevation sickness, but also because I grew up at the beach and I feel like I can't think properly or even act like myself if I'm ever forced to stay away from a natural body of water for a long period
