Project Tulip Awardees - May 2022
Hi everyone! I hope you are well. Time to announce the May Tulip Awardees.
This is an award given to listeners who have been consistently supporting their members. Only members can nominate and only listeners can get this badge. You can read more about the project here.
Note: The number of tulips next to their username indicates how many members nominated them. Nominated listeners receive one tulip (per nomination) next to their username along with the tulip badge. Please note a listener can be nominated by the same member only once. Members can nominate 3 listeners a month, the 3 need to be different listeners each month. '

Please note that the tulips next to the username counter have been reset for the new year. Each year we will reset it and tulips from the same year will keep on being added next to the listener username.

I feel so honored to be given the Tulip award, because that shows that I am making such a difference to the lives on the members with whom I chat with. 🤗

Congrats! *high fives* 😊 and big *hugs* ❤️ I'm so happy to see all of you honored for your work and dedication to your members! Doesn't it feel good? Gosh, brings me back to something I have said often around here, sometimes our members can be our very best teachers! They too have the power to reward us for a job well done, to give us positive affirmations when we are on the right track in hopes that the great behavior will continue!
Something I have learned, in my travels in life, is that people can be very quick to complain. To move another human being, so deeply, for them to take time out of their day to positively acknowledge others, takes soooooooo much more! Clearly all of you are stellar listeners! ❤️
To the members that took the time out of their day to do this, to show appreciation for their listener, I applaud you my friends! You took the time, you cared about your listener just as much as they cared about you! Wow! 😊❤️😊 I kind of feel that it takes two in any chat, not only a good listener but also a good member! It's a teamwork effort! Being able to see the goodness in others speaks volumes about the goodness in you! *high fives* 😊 and big *hugs* ❤️

Glen, our founder, says that we are a "gift giving society". Thank you for giving me so many gifts today! I get to live vicariously through you, know that you have been honored for your good work here on the site, that you have been acknowledged for your greatness. Another gift is to know that our teammates on the member side are being well taken care of and that they care about their teammates on the listener side as well.
Thank you for caring about me, as your teammate, as a human being and giving me today, the biggest positivity injection I could ever hope for! 😊❤️ Woooo hooooo! This will add fuel to my fire to "bring the heat and bring the noise" here on 7 cups to the very best of my abilities! You just filled up my cup, so that I can in turn, try to fill up the cup of others.

Your thoughtful question and the response to it will help us all learn together! ❤️ Indeed, you can still nominate your listener for this award even if they currently hold the "tulip badge" on their profile page/badge sash. It will show up here on this thread that the listener has been appreciated and it's an amazing way to acknowledge their efforts!

Hi there you certainly can nominate that listener again as long as you've never nominated them before.
Regardless of whether they have been awarded it before they can be nominated again only difference is they obviously can't receive the badge twice
