What are you grateful for *right now?*
As in, this very moment & second.
For me, it would be the fact that I slept good last night and can feel the benefits towards my body.
Anyway, I thought this would be a fun exercise to identify what we are thankful for in this very moment.
What are you all thankful for right now in the present moment?
@sereneSunset26 I am grateful for the healthcare workers that work tirelessly each and every day to improve the wellbeing of their patients. My little boy has an undiagnosed disorder that causes seizures, and we are very lucky to have one of the best Pediatric Epilepsy centers in the world about an hour from our home. The nurses at his GP have worked so hard to get an appointment for him there, and so I am grateful for their persistence and passion to help those in need.

Thank you so much for posting this.
As someone who needed a lot of medical care in my childhood, I know all too well the reality and necessity of finding both the right doctor(s) and treatment(s) for a medical condition--mine being cerebral palsy. It's so gratifying for so many reasons for me that there are people out there, with that persistence and passion you mentioned, who use those attributes solely to help those who need it.
Thanks again for sharing. ❤️
I’m thankful for my home. It’s my shelter and haven any from the world. My special place to recharge. A place I don’t have to worry about someone hurting me.
@akay06
What a wonderful space you've created for yourself. I'm sorry that so much outside of it feels scary but I'm glad you can find peace at home.

Right now it would be the solo icecream dates I go on to recharge. The ability to get out and breathe fresh air is such a plus. I’m thankful for the sun and the ability to feel it. I get so much joy from just living my life.

@sereneSunset26 i'm grateful for all the delicious healthy food i have and being able to afford all of it at any time
I am thankful for my kids. I feel they keep me grounded. These past 3 years have been difficult. But I continue to get up everyday because they need me.
I had to really think about this, which seems a bit unfortunate to me. I am definitely grateful for this site. I appreciate all that you do.
In my personal life, though, that's a bit harder. I am thankful for my son, who still talks to me and helps me out, when my daughters haven't spoken to me in years.

Thank you for your candor and your gratitude; it really is a communal effort here by everyone that creates the welcoming feeling that 7 Cups can engender.
As far as your personal life, that is rough and I can personally identify with that dynamic. I do hope that you have been able to maintain a sense of peace throughout--I know how difficult that can be at times.

I'm grateful for how every day and every moment can change for the better!
Yesterday I was really really down, in the morning today I was able to dance through the living room, still not feeling my best but I was able to.
Sometimes I forget that change can also be a positive thing!

I really do love all of this - thank you for sharing!! I feel that, by in large, a lot of us can feel adverse to change, but like you said, sometimes it really can be a positive. :)
