Emma, you have made leaps and bounds for this site. You showed us that you just have to have a caring heart, and you would make it into the hearts of other people. I admire your spirit, your love, your guidance and your ideas. You're truly an amazing person.
I know you're on break right now, but happy anniversary, little flower. I hope this time with your family brings you tons of happiness and cheer. I admire the strength it took to step away, and I admire you for being you.

Step 30. I'm learning to keep trying even if it doesn't feel like I can do it.
@creativeCamp2095
If you're trying, you already have a chance to accomplish what you want to. Best wishes. <3
Just reached my 20th. Hoping for more ahead. Meditation helps alot with anxiety.
@yvree
Congrats on your 20th step. :) I hope you have many more meaningful moments ahead too. I'm glad meditation helps with your anxiety, it can certainly be soothing.
Step 520. I learned that rejection isn't personal, it just means it was a bad fit.
@Cheeney - I like that, I like it a lot.
Made it to Step 50. I am determined to see the light and live for myself instead of putting others' needs ahead of mine. My current objective is to get a better job, and to get a better job away from my ex where I never have to see him and be reminded of the pain ever again. So I guess I have learned/am learning the importance of caring better for/about myself.
@CleopatraElizabethI
I saw one of your earlier posts on here, and really commend you for starting to really get down and think about your own needs. I'm glad you're doing what's best for you to leave the pain behind and get a better job.
@GlenM I have learned that I can follow through with goals as long as i commit to them.
I just hit step #80. And I actually feel good for once. I managed to score a pretty cool research opportunity at my college. Classes are stressful, but I think I'll be fine. I'm starting to take better care of my living place, there's a lot of messes to clean up, but progress is happening.
The only thing that keeps depressing me and bringing me down is the fact that I don't have anyone in my life that I can share this fantastic news with. But other than that, things are definitely get better. I think I'm going to hang on for a while longer and see where life takes me.
~Cheers, 7cups.
@WhyLantern
Ha, cheers indeed. :D I'm glad things are looking up for you overall, and thanks for sharing with us here. :)
Mediation is a good way to clear out my negative thoughts
@GlenM How easy it is to make myself happy and relieved
@GlenM to appreciate my self.
