Just got to my 10th step on my Growing Path. I'm really enjoying the activities. They make me sit down and contemplate the positive things in life. I don't think I take enough time to just sit and reflect on the good. Thanks 7cupsoftea!
@MoxiousMoxie I'm glad you find the growth path to be helpful and self-reflecting, and congrats on getting to step 10. Little things can go a long way, so don't give up.
I've learned so far that I need to give myself some credit. The first time I had to write 2 things I did well and it took me forever to think of something. I've done a lot of things right but when asked if I did anything well I couldn't think of anything.

@kindofblue thanks but no thanks, this duckling is so ugly it was even left by its parents. I have found a small pond that accepts me and the dark cloud. Going to hang out here for awhile.. alone

You know, I played the ugly ducking in a college theatre production the year before last. I learned that even though I was the ugliest one in costume and people laughed at me, I am who I am and that person is beautiful. If you're in a dark cloud, it may just be the fog machine. Don't worry; it turns off after awhile. Stay ducky!!!!
