I've just reached Step 140 in my Growth Path. I've learned that self-esteem exercises seem to help give me some motivation occassionally.

I have learned that the suffering I am dealing with currently will be a very small part of my life later on down the line. I look back at diaries from years ago and I realize how trivial some of my problems were in the grand scheme of things. I have hope that my future will be bright. As long as I take steps towards my goals each day, not matter how small they are, I will know I am doing my best and that alone is enough to keep me going.

I learned that your attitude to certain unpleasant situations/people makes a big difference on your happiness. If you let those annoyances bog you down or irritate you, you're not heloing yourseld approach your agitiation in the healthiest, more positive/insightful way. So be positive, patient, kind, bearing, and conscious of your behavior

I learned that focusing on myself rather than other people all the time can be very helpful for me, even though some people might call me selfish.

I've learned how to relax better and let my worries go. I have been less anxious and for a few nights I slept better. I've also been working on opening up and I feel as though I'm getting better.
