I have learned that recovery is a very long journey
Don't get your hopes up too high. Have hope, but have realistic expectations. Things don't change overnight.

I Just learned that 100 percent of people who start-up a biz are unsure & nervous just like me
I realized that I really need to practice acceptance even when it is very hard because it will prevent me from enjoying life.
I'm learning to become more self aware, and to help myself instead of constantly relying on others.
