Step 320! 🙂

I learned that with dealing and coping with social anxiety, I have made great strides but I still have work to do. Also, not everyone, including listeners, is gonna understand it the first time around when they see and hear about it from me, so I gotta try to be patient and not get discouraged with them if theyre not quite understanding what thats like opening up and trusting right away. 🙂

I'm learning to be kinder to myself. Less impatient. I deserve to be granted tolerance and understanding by me as well.

Step 50

I've learned that self-care is important--now more than ever. I've also learned that I'm not alone in my journey. Some people have similar experiences and shared their stories in the 7 Cups Community. It's good that people are willing to listen.

I might be using my medical problems as an excuse to not make goals for my life and do something with my life: job, friends, anything.

After an entire lifetime of moods going up and down - I Still listen to the whispered lies of depression and darkness and worries that say: It will always be like this. And each and Every time: it is NOT always like that, moods get better, life gets better and I find a way out of the dark. I now know I must find a way to remind myself when i get into that dark space that things will get better - even if it doesn't FEEL like it at the time .

Step 50

I learned that there are very nice people and I sincerely thank them all!

Also, with time and patience, one can do anything - in my case, get better!
