Upcoming 24th birthday + new job

Howdy folks, hope this message finds you well.

My birthday is this weekend, and normally every year it coincides with a work or school commitment, but I got lucky this year. It'll feel weird but I'll manage. Additionally, I'm just waiting for some behind-the-scenes administrative stuff to clear so I can start work again very soon [restaurant stuff -- I enjoy straightforward work]. I typically don't do much to celebrate as most of my friends are online [like all of you!].
