✨💕 Hey you wonderful souls 💕✨

💓🐑💓

💗 Today’s kindness theme really hit home for me 💗
It’s not just about feeling warm and fuzzy, it’s so much more than that! 🙂‍↕️
It’s about doing something that lifts someone else up, even in the smallest way.
And honestly? That ripple effect is real 🙏
I know, because kindness is something that I actively use in my every day life 🤗

💓🐑💓

I sent a silly meme to a friend who’s been struggling lately, just to let them know that I’m thinking of them 🫂
They messaged back with a huge thank you and funny meme of their own,
and shared how rough their week had been😩

💗 That tiny moment reminded me how powerful a little nudge of kindness can be 💗

💓🐑💓

🪴So here’s my gentle nudge to you:
Leave a sticky note with a compliment.
Let someone go ahead in line.
Smile at a stranger.
Or just send a “hey, you popped into my thoughts” message.

🦸 No superhero cape needed 🦸 💫🕯️ just a sprinkle of intention and heart 🕯️💫

I’d love to hear:

I checked in on some friends I know have been struggling. sometimes it's as little as showing up for someone that means the most, and they felt so comforted and it made me feel so happy in turn 🥰

"It only takes 8 minutes" (click it)
That's how long it can help someone feel less lonely,
strengthen relationships, help them feel supported and so much more.
It's a video worth watching!

My friend had and she's a single mother, struggling, so I had some savings, went out, bought her baby seat, changing mat, a few boxes of nappies, wipes, bottles, baby clothes, enough to help her for atleast six months, and she cried, it was such a relief, she didn't know where it was coming from. I also bought bubble baths and lovely motions for her, to aid her own self care, because she's a superhero for real 💕💜

I try to smile at people coming cross my path in my work place or here, and it makes me happy because mostly people smile back, or even their eyes get softer from their daily struggles. 💚

@AnnaSilverberg Being in line at the super market and a older man was.going slow, talking to the cashier and I stayed in loving kindness mode, 1/2 smiling, breathing evenly, relaxed body. So he might take as long as he wanted.

I most likely benefited more than him being in that state! Not rushed or stressed. Had energy when I left. Was calm

What’s one kind act that you recently did that had positive effects on you?

I let my little sister borrow my phone to listen to her favorite audio books when she can't find her CD player. And it makes me laugh seeing her dancing around in joy when I handed her my phone ^^

💬 What’s one kind act that you recently did that had a positive effect on you?

One small, meaningful act I recently did was taking the time to really listen to those who felt overwhelmed, instead of trying to fix things right away. I just sat with them and listened. I asked gentle questions and let them vent. Afterwards, they told me they felt a profound sense of relief—and honestly, I did too. It reminded me of the power of simply being present for someone without judgment.
