When I was travelling, I ran out of money and a woman who went to the same church, I had found on my travels, she kept me stay with her for a month, rent free, fed me too, until I got sorted again, no questions asked 💙🤗

When I was in a youth camp, and we're all about to go home, I was pulling my kind of heavy suitcase, and I admit was quite struggling, and a boy offered to help me carry it, and I smiled and gave it to him as he offered to do so and put it in the bus. I thanked him afterwards. Such a kind and gentleman. Right way of helping woman, and others who are needing of help.💖

About two weeks ago, my fiancés very religious family disowned her for being a lesbian. They said some heinous and vile things to her and it was gut wrenching. A few days after that initially happened, my fiancé and I were out shopping to buy last minute supplies for our new dog and we met and elderly woman in an isle shopping for a dog bed. She needed help getting a larger one off the shelf so we helped her and she struck up a conversation. She was very friendly and asked us if we were friends. My fiancé said no, that were actually engaged and the woman told us we were a beautiful couple. She said she attended the wedding a long time ago of a good friend of hers that was the first same-sex marriage to be officiated in that specific province. It was a really special encounter after such a traumatic week that restored a little bit of my faith in others. That woman will never truly know that that simple conversation with us in the middle of a Homesense made us feel so seen, valued, and accepted for who we are.

On my way home from the Mall, I had a few heavy grocery bags in my hands, which made the 5-10 minute walk back to my place pretty tough. A lady who seemed to be on her daily afternoon jog noticed how I was struggling and helped me carry my stuff far enough to make my journey a lot easier. That was very kind. And it's stuck with me now.💛

About a week ago, I went to a coffee shop I hadn't been to before. I was looking up at the menu, and a couple came in. I told them to go ahead of me because I was still figuring out what I wanted.
I decided what I wanted, and the couple ahead of me made their order. The person paying turns to me and offered to pay for my order as well! It was so sweet 😊
