This me ! Am born profound deaf because rare chromosome syndrome it delete some genes need for hearing and make inside ear form wrong 😮 means what ? Hearing aids do nothing and not eligible cochlear 🦻🏽❌ my audiologist give example nahoa stand right next to jet take off still not hear thing 😂

💛am deaf but also am Deaf 🧏🏾 

💛proud be deaf and love be part deaf community 

💛yes is disability in world but is part who am and not feel disable by deafness at home where is adapted for deaf person and everyone sign 

💛ASL my first language 🤟🏾

💛did not learn english until was 10 year old

💛can’t use oral speech at all  

💛when first join cups ASL censor because old text thing but H @Heather225 help me get uncensored so can talk about own language ! 💛🤟🏾💛

🔺But thing make be deaf hard🔺

❤️‍🩹world not made for deafness

❤️‍🩹people not patient don’t try be patient if someone not able verbal communication

❤️‍🩹most places don’t care be inclusive if inconvenient them

❤️‍🩹people be very ableist and hurtful

🌸 learn some sign language ! not just say want learn because very annoying every time someone find out nahoa use ASL them say oh always wanted learn sign language but almost no one actual do it 

🌸don’t say dumb things like wow you deaf ?! Would  die if can’t listen music ! 😐😐😐😐😐

🌸don’t say stuff like ugh wish was deaf just because things to loud ! My disability and identity not hearing person convenience thing  

🌸be patient when deaf person need accommodation for communication ! Even people can hear some still need know you talking them need look them and maybe need repeat 

🌸most deaf people happy answer questions and share stuff about be deaf about deaf community 

🌸be careful learn sign language online because lot wrong and lot people do ASL social media do SEE signed exact english is using ASL signs but wrong way

🌸YouTube channel 🩷 learn how to sign 🩷 very good actual ASL and teach lot deaf culture and Oklahoma school for deaf do FREE online ASL classes 

🌸most deaf very blunt am sorry if offend but to us normal and not mean it rude way PLEASE not tell us need speak different because different from english or whatever language speak 

🌸if person in public seem like IGNORE stop think maybe them deaf or something before get MAD
