Special moments like this...

Have you ever had those days where you just wonder how you are going to make it through this thing we called life?

No matter how happy we try to be, no matter how hard we try to be positive, the truth of the matter is... we are all human and we all have those days where we just question and ask ourselves: "How?"

As I am sure some of you can see, I come on the 7cups platform to spread joy, kindness, and positivity-- no matter what I am going through in my personal life. That is just how I am. That is who I am.

But... last night I went on an outing with my family and we stopped by Sheetz convenience store/gas station to pick up some drinks and snacks to munch on. As I was waiting on the food, I went outside for some fresh air and sat down at the table outside. I seen something there but thought nothing of it. I was just consumed in my thoughts and pondering life. I will be honest-- it was one of those days for me but then I really looked and seen this rock!

I picked it up and read it and I just instantly smiled! I took it as a sign from the universe that everything would be alright! You want to know how to make it to the next day? "Surely, one day at a time!" That was the message someone wrote on this rock!

I kid you not! I felt instant relief and could not help but smile. I have no idea who decorated that rock, why they left it there, and why I was the blessed one to find it but I needed that message and just wanted to share with you.

It is truly small moments like this that keep me going and moments like that that confirm I am on the right track!

PS: I did take home my "lucky" rock so I could enjoy it but I plan on dropping it off someplace random so someone else can find it. I also plan on decorating my own rock to leave for someone random. Spreading kindness one day at a time. Stay positive, y'all!
