The “Feel-Good” Jar! 🥰

Been having a low day and was looking for some positive quotes/ images etc online and that’s when I found a mention about having a “feel-good” jar, even just reflecting on a couple of things to add to mine made me feel a little better so I’d like to share this fun and uplifting activity with you too! 🥰
🌞 “The Feel-Good” Jar!🌞
Imagine you have this magical jar, not for fireflies or spare change hehe, but for all those tiny joys and reminders that make your heart happy and bring you some peace of mind!
What would you fill it with?
I'm thinking of things like a little handwritten note with a silly inside joke, a smooth pebble from a favourite beach walk, a dried flower petal from a bouquet that meant something special, or maybe even a tiny drawing of a comforting pet etc!
You can also include any positive experiences or moments you’ve had, any lasting memories that bring you comfort or joy~ could be related to both on and off cups! I’m sure many of us here have plenty of wholesome experiences being a part of this wonderful community. 💛
It's about those small, tangible things or intangible moments and experiences that can instantly bring a smile to your face on a cloudy day. What's one thing that would definitely go into your feel-good jar today? 🥰
Ooh and maybe all of us can contribute in making this thread a biiiiiig feel-good jar for the entire community, for a little “lift me up” for anyone who needs it, whenever?!

My son paints rocks and leave them along a trail he walks on every evening. It's his way of giving people a "happy surprise". So I think my jar would happy little rocks.
