1 being thankful my dad got.a room in a hospital since they say all the rooms are full right now. Also, he is alive. That my sister loves me even when I am so stressed out.
2 got a good night's sleep last night.
Will just be nicer to my sister and family.

What gratitude means to me?
Gratitude means show others you appreciate them and them being kind enough to think beyond themselves. Gratitude means acknowledging others goodwill.
What self care have I practiced recently?
I finally felt the energy to washed my hair and I did it !! And I got my laundry done too !!
I always get 2 different lottery tickets and daydream about the day I win enough to buy my Mom a happy home. That daydream keeps me going.
