You guys are a m a z i n g. Just putting it out there.
I honestly love you guys more than you will ever know, and this community is among one of the kindest, most thoughtful communities I've ever encountered!
To celebrate this, @Iara and I have worked really closely to revamp an aspect of the Community Appreciation committee, and that's the anonymous love factor! This thread is meant to showcase the love we have for one another.

"You know from what I saw at first in the chatroom I took you for some joker that was hyper on sugar and put a smile on everyone's face , then I saw you in full teen star / moderator mode and thought wow she does a lot on here , then we got talking in pms and I finally saw you blossom to the person everyone describes you as ; someone with a genuine heart and soul for others . "I'm writing this after watching Dan interact with a listener who was ruthlessly hitting on other listeners in LCR. Even when things were getting heated and everyone else had begun to treat the trolling listener by giving them the cold shoulder, Dan still treated the member with compassion and respect while staying firm to the chatroom roles.
It amazes me what a difference a single voice of compassion does, and I've witnessed Dan disarm heated situations ranging from trolls to irate members all with the same attitude of respect and love that Dan has shown to any listener.
So thank you Dan, for embodying the 7 Cups of Tea request to be compassionate. You're a superstar."
