Honoring ZaraSmiles, because she's amazing!

Oh man, Zara, I didn?t want to have to do this, but you?ve left me with no other choice -- I wanted to formally make a thread, to immortalize the amount of love you?ve given to this community. Recently, in the shoutouts thread, I gave you a huuuuge, awesome, colorful shoutout (only to realize perhaps I?m not as good with colors as I thought I was), but then you went above and beyond in your response. I was literally in (happy) tears, just reading your response. I just want you to know that you?re such a big part of why I?m here, as stupid as that sounds. I was so ready to leave, but then you went out of your way to make me a little celebration of a birthday thread, complete with a slideshow and all. I will never be able to thank you for how much that meant to me, and how essential that was to me staying here, at my home: 7CupsOfTea. You are always colorful, vibrant, sweet as sugar, oozing with love (in a not gross way), and always willing to throw love someone?s way. You?ve been honored on this site multiple times, but I don?t believe it?s really been established just how much you?re loved at this site. We all have bad days, even Appreciation Queens and Princesses, and this thread, right here, is for all the bad days you may face in the future -- hold on to it, if you ever don?t feel appreciated or loved, or thought about, and just know that you are such an essential part to this site. You have an absolutely beautiful soul, there is no other way to put it.

I waited a bit to post this because I needed something; a good reason. I think I got mine. You are the sweetest girl in the world and I certainly hope you feel better. If you?re ever feeling down, just know you?re so completely loved.

@Annie -- ?Dear Darling Zara, you are a wondrous, marvelous being. Your exuberant energy brings such JOY to me and soooo many others! You shine light like a happy, dancing sun on everyone around you. I have been privileged to share in the warmth you radiate so generously.

You may not know that it was your kindness and encouragement when I helped on the welcome committee that gave me confidence to participate more in Listener community activities. ... And when I learned that Zara is a Teen Listener?! I was FLOORED! How could so much warm wisdom and ability to reassure newcomers reside in a such a young person?! Amazing!

Since then, you've surprised and delighted me with your trademark Spectacular Zara Rainbow Shower of Appreciation in the forum. Do you have any idea how wonderful you make people feel? I am SO LUCKY to have met you!! Thank you, THANK YOU for all the smiles and happiness and fun you've brought to 7 Cups of Tea.

In sum, Zara dear, you're a beautiful force of nature, a constant delight, and I bless the day I met you. In my world, you are the SWEETEST SWEETIE IN SWEETLAND! And, of course, you are the lovely Princess of Appreciation. How much do I admire and love you--to the moon and back. I have no idea what I'm supposed to say right now because there's a million things that I want to say but I don't know which one to say first and how to say it so I'll just start with this, you're a wonderful person, sister and you so deserve this! You are the loveliest and the most caring person I have ever met and I am sure that I'll never meet anyone like you ever again. You do so much for everyone else and you care about everyone and I swear I'd squish you in a tight hug if I ever meet you! :O You're a wonderfully lovely presence wherever you go, be it the chatrooms, the PMs or the forums. You're always making people smile and making them feel good about themselves. I can say that there's nobody like you, sister and nobody can ever replace you. You're a wonderful listener, an amazing teen star and a mod, a caring peer support, a lovely friend and the best sister <3 I love you with all my heart and I always will. You so totally deserve the title of Appreciation Princess. I can't really put my thoughts to words right now. So, I know this thing is really messy and I'm sorry about that. Anyhow, the point is, you're a really really amazing person and you should know that because you deserve to know that. I love you <3?

D:) I must recognize you are such a valuable and member of the teen community, you always cheer people up with your awesomeness and craziness! You're a good listener and a lovely friend always there for others (I still remember when you peer supported me, you were amazing and impressive) and this all makes you a great person, we all need you! Your activity in the forum is astounding and your shoutouts are awwww <3 THANK YOU for everything Zara, keep on being fantastic!?

@Geepanda -- ?I've not been on here long but I can say that Zara is actually one of the greatest most fantastic people I've ever had the pleasure of talking to. Not only is she just lovely to everyone, she makes sure you feel included and she is actually amazing.

As a listener you talk to a lot of people about their problems and you try to sort out how to progress. Zara seems to have this quality about her that just solve that almost immediately. When I talk to Zara it's like I'm talking to a best friend, and for the short while we speak I forget about my individual discouragements and just talk to her. She may only have talked to me on here but she's one of my favourite people.

I hope she's thrilled by this lovely thread, and I hope she truly sees actually just how fantastic and impacting she is. I hope we can be friends for a long time on here.

Nice to meet you btw! ) so ummmm here goes nothing *clears throat* Okay GPF so errh from what other people say it sounds like you are a good listener (Didnt say great let's not get ahead of ourselves shall we 😉) and you are super inviting to new listeners (Yeaaahhhh they don't need to know the robotness of you just yet , let them learn the hard way lol) I remember we first met when you PMed me for peer support , you were extremely shy and kinda sweet to me (oh how times change XD ) and then I was on break for a bit and came back to see you wrote a huge shout out for everyone (the making of a shoutout-aholic hahaha) and you included me in it , yeah you may of called me crazy but hey I'm gonna take that as a compliment lol even in the early days we couldn't say nice things to each other omg! *fast forward* you stole my redbull of me and poured it into the river SHES TO BLAME GREENPEACE! And that was the start of our frienimy thingy thing (just imagine I spelt that right ssshhhh who needs autocorrect ) okay so I just read over this and realised this has no content HAAAA I MADE YOU READ THAT FOR NOTHING MUWAHAHAHA POINT IZZA! But Yeah you're alright I guess... I have never met someone with so much energy and charisma. Your compassion blows me away! Your positive vibes spread so much throughout the community! I JUST NEED A ZARA BOBBLE HEAD IN MY LIFE THAT WHEN YOU PRESS THE BUTTON, GLITTER BLOWS UP OUT OF MINI CANNONS AND GIVES ME WORDS OF ZARA MOTIVATION, 24/7! I have probably told you this a MILLION times before, but you are in fact the person on my bucket list I need to meet in person (and yes, I will do anything to hop on a plane to the UK to meet you with an oversized unicorn). We go wayyyy back. I still remember our first conversation last year about food. I don?t know HOW we ended up talking about food but hey, food is a cool topic to talk about otherwise. TS IS BLOWN UP with happiness and energy when you are there! It?s like a firework exploded. You were mindblown the day I told you that Pizza Rolls were a thing and I will bring you some when I come and see you. We also share our love for waffles.

YOU ARE THE SASSIEST BUBBLEFETTI GLITTER MACHINE IN THE DEEP BLUE SEA, DON?T LET THE HATER?S STEAL YOUR POP! Tattletaling to the oldies (aka the doughnuts) about the munchkins not doing their homework always makes me laugh (but then when an actual oldie comes out of nowhere, things get real, very quickly). We were also trusted to house sit for @Laura before ,and it did not end well *Insert video surveillance clips*. And don?t even bring up our overwhelming twitter spams and all of the notifications we get from each other on a daily basis (notifications, notifications everywhere). On the more serious side (haha which we never ever have), you are the loyalest friend I could ever have! I can rant to you for hours and it almost feels like you're sitting on the couch talking to me (going insane off of glitter cookies and milk). You?ve actually talked me out of a few negative situations before and I thank you for that too. We all got through Derek?s death on Grey?s Anatomy. I look up to you and have gained some valuable knowledge on how to be a better listener. I could go on forever, but all in all, you are my best friend on the interweb! You are my person! The Cristina Yang to my Meredith Grey, the pop in my popcorn swimming pool, the chocolate chips in my ?flawless? cookie, the coolest T- Rex on the Galapagos Island (you?re a rainbow dino of course), sassier than the mashed potatoes I had for dinner, sweeter than all of the candy you could ever think of (her mind is a candy store). If I could give you one piece of advice it would be this: Stay... Zara! NEVER EVER CHANGE! EMBRACE YOUR INNER SPARKLE BECAUSE YOU WERE BROUGHT TO 7 CUPS TO DO JUST THAT! (but don?t get any on the carpet because glitter is hard to get off carpet). ?

@RebeccaEmily -- ?Zara, you are the most amazing, inspiring person I know!!! You are so compassionate, cheerful and inclusive. You were one of the first people I got to know here on 7 Cups and you made me feel so so welcome. You always go on about how amazing other people are, and you never give yourself enough credit! You do so much for the site, and your dedication is so appreciated.

I'd like to say thanks to you, for a number of things! So here we go:

-Thank you for making me feel so welcome in group support when I first joined 7 Cups. Joining such an amazing community can be intimidating, but you made it so much easier.

-Thank you for all your work with the Appreciation Festival! It was super fun, super important, and really inspiring, and it wouldn't have been the same without you.

-Thank you for letting me have my first discussion with you!! It was such an amazing experience that I will never forget. You made me feel so calm and if it weren't for you, I likely wouldn't have put myself out there into the community like that, and I wouldn't have discovered how fun leading a discussion can be.

-Lastly, thank you for being you! Zara, you are such a lovely person inside and out. I haven't ever met anyone more compassionate and loving than you. You make me want to be a better person. You deserve all the world's riches, all the world's love, and so much more. I don't think I can ever truly put down in words how amazing and perfect you are, Zara, but know that it is a whole whole lot.

Always a pleasure to be in the company of Zara, and a pleasure to know such a presence is here among us within the 7 Cups community. May we be graced with the fortune of having that pleasure for a long while yet!?

The amount of work that you put into 7 Cups is INCREDIBLE I wonder how you do it! Again, like I say it takes sheer amount of determination, dedication and hard work to do what you do - I don't think I could ever do it D: because you are queen awesome! 7 Cups loves you so so much and you love it back 110% more as we see everyday in the forums and through your work in listening. So thank you Zara - don't ever stop what you're doing because what you're doing is amazing and unbelievably incredible. You have such stunning, gorgeous traits within you that just seep out and touch the hearts of others and make them feel loved and cherished and appreciated - your presence is such a warm, bubbly, loving one.
