hey everyone, I am lumie but I go by various names here. I'll just list them here so my introduction is complete.
lumie aka: lumiere, lum, milk, milkyway, way and lum lum, feel free to come up with your own though if that works for you.
Disclaimer: this is a long post, future posts will be shorter (hopefully). thank you if you take the time to scroll and find your name, you deserve appreciation!
I wanted to keep a corner to myself if that's okay. I would like to regularly or at least whenever I can, tag people and appreciate them. Please let me know if you would like to not be mentioned frequently, I'll take that into consideration.
I know there are other forum threads here but I thought it would be better to have one for myself. People I tag here come in contact with me and I feel that the good little deeds they do here and there, should be acknowledged and appreciated. Hugs to everyone I tag here and also to those I haven't met (yet). I just want to incorporate more gratitude in my life and this seems to be a good way to do so.

I don't know if you get appreciated often but here's a few words for you. you're amazing and very supportive. it felt really nice when you mentioned me in your post too. whenever I enter any room or I see you in any room, I really like that you make me (and so many others) feel seen. you ask how we are doing and just check in real quick whenever you can. in Sharing Circles, you are such a wonderful host, you truly get what the member is feeling and it makes us feel you're on our team. you just know what needs to be said and you say it. you are very fun to talk with and it's just nice to see you be supportive of everyone present in any room. you are one of the best peeps I have found here and you calling other people 'fam' really makes me feel happy because you make people feel like they belong here in the community. what's more to say lol. just stay who you are, I really hope you are feeling good. @GeekGoddess - you are an amazing person, Geek. it's always so good to see you in any of the rooms. in Sharing Circle, you make people feel heard and seen. in the Member Community Room, you make people smile or just have a nice chat with them. you deserve so much kindness in return that you so generously give to others here. I have always felt heard and seen by you, no matter which room it is. plus, your sense of humour is awesome! whenever I see you around, I just feel so good because you are such a positive member of this community, always supportive of others. you are seriously one of the best people I have found here, also your profile pictures are always cool! sending you so many hugs <3 I will see you around.
@skullCrusher1989 - you are seriously so sweet! whenever I see you in any room, you always mention how good/happy you are to see me and it really makes me smile wide. and if it isn't clear, it's always good to see you too, I am always happy when I see you around! Hi there Lumiee. This is an awesome idea you've come up with to appreciate members and listeners. Thank you for mentioning all those who were able to make you feel heard or just made a good impact by being there with you. I also want to thank you for making this post because now @MrMarino might be able to understand a bit more about posting in forums. I was so surprised with the tag as I didn't know that my presence made you feel better. I am overjoyed to know that and I'll always try to be there for you. Seems like you watch animes a lot..woohoo i am otaku :p I love watching animes and studio ghibli movies I wish to tag Hayao Miyazaki here to appreciate him for creating ghibli movies lol. Lumie you fr are hands down on the kindest pure hearted ppl i met on here. And stay the way you are too because you're just beyond awesome and the type of person everyone would be lucky to be friends with. Thanks so much 4 the kind words. I was feeling rlly mad about the homework and the stress of school but you just made my day like you do so much. i love seeing you in the rooms, it makes me happy when you're there. you're always a great supporter to everyone and kind and respectful. you're someone to look up to and admire. despite all you go through you're still able to be so kind to others and that's really awesome. Lol thanks for noticing, i do often say hey to people coming in the rooms, and ask how they are, unless someone is in the middle of a share of course, but the reason i do that i just like to include ppl. and when i was new here i would get ignored a lot lol, so i try to break that "ignoring train", and begin a new train of ppl who welcome people and ask who they are, whether its a familiar person in the chat or a total stranger, doesn't matter. and thanks for noticing how i call ppl fam lol. where i live, ppl call their friends fam. that's just a very common thing where i live. So that's why i call everyone here fam. All of you are my friends even if i don't know you bc im on your side, im on your team, and i want the best for you all. Saying fam is like my way of being friendly and inviting. anyway thank you again for the kind words lumie. its people like you, that are the reason im not a super angry bitter person rn. people like you give me a reason to just not be defensive, not be angry, bc when im around you lumie its almost impossible to be that mad. you're one of the most kindhearted people I have met too. I know you were stressed about hw and you also had to clean. I was kinda doubtful if I would just be distracting you (which I hope I didn't) but appreciating you was very important so what can one do. I have indeed noticed you making people feel seen, and I seriously cannot put together enough words to appreciate you completely for it. even when I first saw you in another room, you welcomed me and well, it's been the same ever since, still makes me smile the same though. you're so kind, Marinooo! I am so glad that you make sure no one else gets ignored the way you did (which come to think of it, why did that happen, you're so amazing :')). everyone notices that you call people fam and I lovee it! it's so nice to see number of people you call fam increasing, it's like a family that keeps on growing. Lumie no you didnt distract me one bit, not at all. i just take frequent breaks, i got one assignment done so that's good. im so glad to hear you felt welcomed by me that warms my heart a lot. NO U UR SO KIND. are we gonna get into a friend fight about who is more awesome again lol. hmm im not sure i think uhh sumtimes ppl get busy and so wrapped up in their chat that they purposefully or accidentally ignore ppl especially if its not a familiar person. and that's what i try never to do. it feels awful being ignored, it rlly does. i wanna make people feel welcome and part of the big 7 cups family. lol i am doing my hw kind of. lazily and slowly but im getting there. homework sucks. id rather talk to you. also this is random but i have that Grammarly thing on my laptop while i type and it said my tone in this message sounds worried lol what the heck im not worried. anyway see u around lumerino

yeaa altho. u know how i told u i been eating healthy. eatin junk food is making me feel like crap. but whatever oreos are worth it. nahhh you're more awesome, cmon just accept your fate of being the most awesome. it rlly is a struggle, motivation is rlly hard. my only motivation 2 do anything is to get it over with. but even that doesn't work most the time. im done w the exam but i cant see my grade yet. im pretty sure i did fine tho. so glad i got that outta the way at 11 am. usually i do my exams rlly late like 7-8 pm. i have work tonight nightshift so it suks to take a dumb exam right before going to work that's y im glad i got it out the way and i have the rest of the day 2 chill out. i rlly like that name mareo lol that's creative ima start referring to myself as that. thnx for the new awesome name. yeah breains can get rlly creative with the dreams. sumtimes i dream and im like damn brain why r u more creative than me. its like our brains have that same wild creativity like from when we were li lyoung kids. that's great when u can wake urseld up in dreams. im glad you had a good day fam. ofc i gave u oreos lol whats mine is urs. thanks so much lumerino for rooting for me and being an awesome friend. i inspired u to make this? oo damn im rlly honored. lol no i shall give U credit haha that would b funny if i gave myself credit ppl would think im a narcissitst. Lumie <3<3<3 I dont usually check my notifications and I clear them once in 10 days. Today I saw that you had mentioned me somewhere and initially thought maybe its a game or something. Your kind words here touched me very deeply at a time I needed it a lot in life.
I would just like to say Lumie that you are a beautful, kind soul, a rare one who not just listens to others and helps them, you are also able to see the goodness in others. In today's world, when there are a lot of people who just play poltics with each other and try to bring each other down, you are a ray of sunshine, a ray of hope.
I know that all of us go through ups and downs in life, there are many many good times, and there are some really painful events in life. Living life, experiencing it, means taking in both the beatiful times and the painful times.
My wish from the universe for you is that you live life to your absolute fullest, that you enjoy the good times and grow and learn from the not-so-great times. My wish is that you remain this beautiful kind soul and nothing is ever able to shadow you ever. I mean this when I say it Lumie, if you ever find yourself needing someone to talk to in life, I will be here for you.
