Something to add, sometimes when walking seems hard, it is okay to crawl also. The world doesn't need to measure your speed. You can always be at your pace. ❤

It's like that old saying.... the 'present' is a gift. We can't live in the past or the future. We have only now. I'm not perfect... but I'm trying to see more of what's in my everyday's to enjoy, to take into my soul... like a beautiful sunset... try to really see what I'm thankful for. The world may be in turmoil around me, but I can find my own peace in the nature around me... trees, birds, the plants I'm nurturing.. our pets... each other.
